Welcome to the Eliot Tower Condominiums Owners’ Association website.

The Eliot Tower is located at SW 10th Ave and Jefferson Ave, in the Cultural District of Portland, Oregon. Residents are within walking distance of the Portland Art Museum, South Parks blocks, numerous theaters, restaurants and concert halls.

Our location on the Streetcar line brings the rest of the city just steps away.
